CASTLE SALOON

With space for up to 50 guests, Schloss Saloon, which was only renovated in 2019, is the "jewel" of our estate. Dine where King Ludwig I of Bavaria and his wife Therese were happy and frequent guests with their court and preferred to be fed with freshly caught trout from the castle pond. When renovating, it was particularly important to us to create maximum comfort combined with a healthy living environment. That is why only natural materials were used - mainly wood and natural stone. The special highlight here is the lovingly restored castle kitchen based on the old, historical model. A wood-burning oven that not only creates cozy warmth, but also offers various special features: pizza oven, smoking oven and a water ship. The perfect place for cooking events with a show-kitchen, but also for exclusive dinner events.
